Payment Processing

50 Lomi uses Stripe Connect.

Every fundraiser must:

• Create a Stripe Connect account.
• Complete Stripe identity verification.
• Connect the account before receiving donations.

Donations are sent directly to the fundraiser's connected Stripe account.

50 Lomi never holds donor funds.

Campaign Review

Before campaigns are published, we review:

• Campaign purpose
• Organizer information
• Compliance with platform rules

Fraud Prevention

We monitor:

• Suspicious fundraising activity
• User complaints
• Identity verification
• Compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or remove campaigns that violate our policies.

Cooperation

50 Lomi cooperates with Stripe, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities whenever required.
